Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and a resident of the San Gabriel Valley. When completing the application, upload two proofs of residency (such as a government-issued ID and a utility bill).

All approved participants sign a GoSGV Agreement before e-bike pickup. Please note: we do not accept American Express.

Equity Membership: Reduced-Rate E-Bikes

GoSGV offers two deeply discounted Equity Memberships. The Equity Cities Membership is $75 per year, or $6.26 per month. You may qualify if you live in Avocado Heights, San Gabriel, Alhambra, Monterey Park, South El Monte, or Rosemead. The Equity Membership (Income-Based) is $6.26 per month. You may qualify if you participate in programs such as Medi-Cal, WIC, CalFresh, CalWORKs, or affordable housing, or if your household meets income guidelines based on family size. Cargo and family bikes are $35 per month on a 3-month term for both Equity tiers.
