Standard membership: Urban Arrow. Deposit $500, or $250 if income qualifying. Delivery $50.

Equity membership: Riese & Müller, Remi Demi, or Benno Boost. Deposit $250. Three-month term.

Urban Arrow Add-Ons

These fit the Urban Arrow E-Cargo / Family Bike. When rain rolls through the SGV, these keep you, your cargo, and your bike dry. Quantities are limited, so let us know at pickup.

Box Cover

$10/mo

Covers the top of the cargo box when it is not in use. Water-repellent and UV-proof, so rain and debris stay out.

Rain Cover Plus

$25/mo

Full protection from wind and rain for everyone riding in the box. Roll-up sides let passengers get in and out without removing it.

Bike Parka

$12/mo

Shields the whole bike from rain, wind, and dust while it is parked outside. Folds into a small pouch when you are riding.

Equity Bike Options

Equity members can choose one of our cargo bikes for $35 per month on a 3-month term.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and a resident of the San Gabriel Valley. When completing the application, upload two proofs of residency (such as a government-issued ID and a utility bill).

All approved participants sign a GoSGV Agreement before e-bike pickup. Please note: we do not accept American Express.

Equity Membership: Reduced-Rate E-Bikes

GoSGV offers two deeply discounted Equity Memberships. The Equity Cities Membership is $75 per year, or $6.26 per month. You may qualify if you live in Avocado Heights, San Gabriel, Alhambra, Monterey Park, South El Monte, or Rosemead. The Equity Membership (Income-Based) is $6.26 per month. You may qualify if you participate in programs such as Medi-Cal, WIC, CalFresh, CalWORKs, or affordable housing, or if your household meets income guidelines based on family size. Cargo and family bikes are $35 per month on a 3-month term for both Equity tiers.
